Cyber specialists combined under new DXR Cyber brand

An acquisitive cyber security and resilience specialist has rebranded as DXR Cyber, reflecting the collective expertise and capabilities of the businesses that form part of the group.

DXR Cyber brings together more than 180 specialists working across four established and highly regarded brands in the cyber security and digital forensics sector: CyberCrowd, DigitalXRAID, Aristi and IntaForensics. The companies were acquired by private equity firm Limerston Capital in 2025 as part of a strategy to build a market-leading cyber security and investigations group capable of helping organisations tackle increasingly complex digital threats and operational challenges.

While the DXR Cyber brand is new, the expertise behind it is long established. With roots stretching back to 2008, the businesses within the group bring nearly two decades of experience supporting organisations with complex cyber security, resilience and digital investigation challenges.

The new DXR Cyber identity provides a unified platform for the group's services while preserving the specialist expertise and heritage built by each business over many years.

Together, the group offers a comprehensive suite of cyber security and resilience services, including a 24/7 UK-based Security Operations Centre (SOC), incident response, cyber consultancy, managed security services and penetration testing. This is combined with digital forensics and investigative services, including market-leading digital forensics and cell site analysis capabilities, e-Discovery solutions and proprietary forensic case management software.

The rebrand marks the next phase in the group's growth journey and underlines its ambition to become one of the UK's leading providers of cyber resilience, digital investigation and security solutions across both public and private sectors.
