Aristi is proud to announce that it has won the Information Security Project of the Year award at the SC Awards Europe 2013. The company was up against KPMG, Barclaycard, Electronic Arts and RandomStorm.
The project was the Secure Information Interchange Programme (SIIP) which was set up to connect a number of Fire & Rescue Services in the South West of England to the Public Services Network (PSN) to enable collaboration and data sharing between the FRSs and with the wider public sector.
In partnership with Scottish business technology company Amor Group, Aristi has been working with Avon, Wiltshire, Devon & Somerset, Dorset and Cornwall FRSs to raise the FRSs’ policies, procedures, systems, governance and IT infrastructure up to the stringent requirements of UK Government standards.
Aristi Managing Director Harj Singh commented, ‘We are extremely proud of this award and to be recognised as leaders in our field in such illustrious company. The FRSs have worked extremely hard over the last two years and have demonstrated what can be achieved when working collaboratively’.
The judges were quoted in SC Magazine saying ‘This is the sort of project that deserves to win this award, for clear business and societal value from understanding and managing security risks and being seen to be a secure partner’.
The awards ceremony was held at the London Hilton on Park Lane. Photos of the night can be found here www.scawardseurope.com/awards-presentation
